All products are shipped within approximately a 2-3 business day processing time + 3-5 business day transit time depending on season & distance. 

USPS calculated rates apply to orders under $75 and orders $75+ ship for free! Please feel welcomed to update shipping for quicker transit arrival. All orders that are upgraded are still subject to a 2-3 day processing time.

All items ship from our small business in Connecticut, USA ♡ We are closed on Saturday & Sunday so that we can recharge our batteries and spend time with our families. We thank you for understanding and hope you do the same!

Pre-Order items will ship out on or near the approximate ship date provided. Please allow for normal processing & transit time come this date. If your order includes in stock items & pre-order items, your in stock items will ship as normal unless you would prefer all items to ship together. In this case, please leave a note with your order- thank you!

Product Care

All products consists of genuine stones and can include various metals. To keep it looking best avoid wearing in shower, near water and remove when applying perfume and lotions. Due to the unique features of each stone, each stone will appear differently than pictured.

 Jewelry Sizing

All bracelets are an average size and made on a stretch cord. This provides the most flexibility to fit comfortably on all wrist sizes. If you feel you may want a smaller or larger bracelet made for you, let us know. Please leave a note with your order at checkout and we will be sure to increase or decrease size for you.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we would love to make it right!

Please email or fill out a contact form with your name and order number within fourteen days of receiving your item.

Once received, you will be emailed back with further instructions on how to move forward with your return or exchange. The item must be sent back in it’s original packaging & when the item is received your original form of payment will be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping charges (including cost to ship & packaging) are non-refundable.

Missing packages will be offered a replacement in most cases and not a refund. While all cases are unique, we encourage you to reach out with any issues so we can figure out the best solution together!

                                                     Damage Policy

If an item is damaged during shipment, we will happily ship out a replacement for you with proof of damage. While we do our best to ensure that every piece is of the best quality, if jewelry is damaged or broken within 30 days we will also replace this. If jewelry is damaged beyond this, no refund will be offered. As all of our crystal items are genuine, they are subject to minor imperfections- we believe this adds to their unique beauty! If for any reason these imperfections are not wanted, please follow the normal return policy. 

Sale items

Sale items may be refunded within the 14 day period & no longer after this point. Items labeled final sale may not be refunded or returned after purchase.
