Mindful Intentions products are shipped via USPS within 1-5 days of payment. We offer $6.99 flat rate shipping for orders under $75, orders $75+ ship for free!
All products consists of genuine stones and can include various metals. To keep it looking best avoid wearing in shower, near water and remove when applying perfume and lotions. Due to the unique features of each stone, each stone will appear differently than pictured.
All bracelets are an average size and made on a stretch cord. This provides the most flexibility to fit comfortably on all wrist sizes. If you feel you may want a smaller or larger bracelet made for you, let us know. Please leave a note with your order at checkout and we will be sure to increase or decrease size for you. All regular bracelets are made to fit +/- 7.5 inch wrist. All kids bracelets are made to fit +/- 6.0 inch wrist. If you have received your product and feel you would prefer a smaller or larger size, fill out our form and we will further instruct you. Just pay shipping to send item back and we will adjust product to your needs!
We will be happy to repair any item purchased through our website, www.shopmindfulintentions.com , that has broken as a result of shipping or regular wear within 60 days of purchasing. For any items purchased over 60 days, there will be a 50% charge.
Please submit a contact form or email your name, phone number, order ID number, photo and a description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. We may not be able to repair older styles due to unavailable components.
For items purchased through retail boutiques, please bring back the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email email@example.com with your name and order ID number within fourteen days of receiving your item and you will be emailed back with further instructions to process the return. The item must be sent back in it’s original packaging. When the item is received, your credit card will be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.
